1. Chief Minister’s Paryatan Vikas Yojana
This is the first scheme of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh which provides the incentives to the homestay owners if you have been trained under the tourism department.
2. Deen Dayal Swavalamban Yojana
Under this scheme, you can get a startup loan ranging from Rs 10 lakhs to 1 crore along with the 30% back ended capital investment subsidy on these loans as well.
3. Arunachal Pradesh Entrepreneurship Development Program (APEDP)
Under this scheme, the government promotes and helps the entrepreneurship and the startup business which can be beneficial for you if you want to start the homestay business.
4. Arunachal Pradesh Entrepreneurship Challenge
Under this scheme, the government helps and promotes the unique business ideas and entrepreneurs with the top 10 entrepreneurs getting 10 lakhs.

One of the basic requirements to get eligible to attain either of the above schemes is that you must be the native resident of Arunachal Pradesh. Other than this, you must hold a valid identification certificate including Aadhar card and a voter ID card.
